Seafood and Fish
Carrying a child is not a good time for sushi. In most case, only have the home-made type with everything well-cooked. Greens

It is the safer bet to not consume any of these or at the lowest dose as possible.
Meat and Poutry
In general, moms should have well-cooked meat only. Pate, processed meat or raw meat should be all avoided. Left-over should be stored in fridge and eaten within 01 day after.
Egg and Dairy
Egg is another high source of nutrient for expecting moms and their little ones, but also needed to be cooked well. Broken or unclean eggs should not be used, due to the potential exposure to salmonella. Also take note on did it yourself egg sauce such as mayonnaise, Caesar dressings, Hollandaise sauces or homemade ice cream, custards that eggs within could still uncooked.
For dairy, stay away from soft or semi soft cheeses such as Brie, Camembert, Roquefort, Feta, Gorgonzola, Queso blanco, Queso fresco, etc. As they might have bacteria called Listeria. Be sure that any milk you have is pasteurized.
